Samuel Victoria, Jr. M.D., is a board-certified vascular surgeon who specializes in limb salvage, pedal access, hemodialysis access, venous disease, and minimally invasive cutting-edge procedures such as TransCarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR) for carotid disease and the prevention of stroke, Fenestrated Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair (FEVAR), and percutaneous deep venous thrombectomy. He is among a few vascular surgeons in the state with the expertise to perform the FEVAR procedure, which offers hope for patients with an aortic aneurysm near the kidney and mesenteric arteries.
Dr. Victoria’s clinical expertise is informed by eight years of research experience, as well as a strong commitment to quality care. He is registered in vascular interpretation and has a holistic view of patient care, which involves establishing life-long relationships while leveraging the most up-to-date techniques to improve his patients’ quality of life.
Dr. Victoria completed his medical education and specialized training with distinction. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ponce School of Medicine and Health Sciences in June 2014. Dr. Sivaraman holds dual board certifications in general surgery and vascular surgery.
Dr. Sivaraman is committed to providing comprehensive care to his patients, specializing in all aspects of vascular surgery, with a special passion for carotid artery disease, advanced limb salvage techniques, and vascular trauma.
Dr. Kret completed his clinical fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at Stanford University, where he gained extensive experience in complex endovascular repair of thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms, including the use of branched and fenestrated technology. In addition, he received training in both open and endovascular therapies for carotid and lower extremity arterial disease, dialysis access creation and maintenance, as well as endovenous ablation for varicose veins.
Dr. Danielle Sethi grew up in Michigan, where she attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree. She went on to obtain her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, where she was awarded the Arthur L. Foley Endowed Memorial Scholarship for her commitment to preventive medicine and dedication to mentorship. She was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
