Insurance and Costs

Payment is due at time of service.

If you do not carry insurance, a payment schedule can be arranged with our billing department.

For your convenience we accept VISA and Mastercard.

We participate in the following insurance programs:

These programs generally make payment directly to our office. However, you are responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, non-covered services and deductibles.

If you have Medicare, you are responsible for the coinsurance portion (20%), non-covered services and deductibles.

Please feel free to discuss your account with our office if you have any questions or payment problems.

We do not wish to create a financial hardship for you or your family, but we do ask that you respond to any bill you receive. Repeated failure to respond will result in your account being sent to a collection agency and ultimately may affect your credit rating.
